Quick Actions

The Quick Actions widget provides fast access to the tasks a buyer uses most frequently. Each action opens a focused screen with relevant records, helping buyers complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

• Lookup Vendor

  This action allows buyers to quickly search for and view vendor information.

• Update purchase requests
  This action enables buyers to review and update purchase requests directly from the workspace. When opened:

  • Purchase requests scheduled for the upcoming week and assigned to the buyer are displayed by default.
  • Buyers can review and update the requests as needed.
• Accept PO acknowledgment
  This action allows buyers to review and accept purchase order acknowledgments. When opened:

  • All purchase order acknowledgments related to the buyer are displayed by default.
  • Buyers can review and accept acknowledgments directly from the screen.
