Pay change by rating

This widget displays the average pay change percentage grouped by performance rating over the last 12 months. Performance rating categories are shown on the X-axis, while average pay change percentages are shown on the Y-axis. Clicking the ellipsis and selecting View Dashboard opens the corresponding Birst dashboard for further analysis.
