Employee Attendance Recommendations
Overview
Team leaders and managers can monitor and assess employee behavior through work summaries within the Workforce Management system. By analyzing trends and patterns in employee clocking behavior, relevant learning and development activities can be suggested or assigned that help employees meet time-management expectations.
This feature supports continuous employee development and acknowledges their contributions, promoting a culture of recognition and growth. By leveraging this work flow, organizations can create a positive, growth-driven work environment where employees are encouraged to enhance their skills, stay aligned with business goals, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Expected Benefits
- Improved Employee Performance: By continuously monitoring employee behavior and analyzing performance trends, learning and development activities are tailored to meet the needs of individual employees, ultimately leading to improved performance and productivity.
- Personalized Development Plans: Relevant learning and development activities can be automatically recommended or assigned to employees based on work summaries for highly personalized development plans. This helps employees focus on areas that need improvement, fostering continuous growth.
Key Features

- Manager Approval: Before the activity is assigned to the employees, managers or team leaders are notified when an employee meets the eligibility criteria.
-
- Approve the Activity: The manager confirms that the employee should be enrolled in the suggested learning activity.
- Reject the activity: If the manager feels the activity enrollment is not appropriate, they can reject the activity.
