Prerequisites

You must complete these tasks to use this solution:

• Ensure that HRT is provisioned in the tenant.
• Ensure that the IDM Document Type and Business Context Configuration are completed.
• Ensure that Infor AI is provisioned in the tenant.
• Ensure that the RPA Management components, such as documentPath, HROrganization, and tenantID, are installed and configured.
• Ensure that the RPA bot is configured to interact with the HRT application, including accessing the document upload screen.
• Verify that the documents are in the correct format, such as PDF or image files, and are named appropriately for batch uploading.
• Ensure that the documents to be uploaded are saved in a designated folder on your computer or network drive.
