Interviews-Talent Acquisition
This widget provides comprehensive information to the recruiter about candidate interviews that are scheduled for the day, the past five days, and the next five days. Recruiters can update interviews, including the status and result, and create notes that can be viewed by other recruiters. If the system is integrated with Chronofy, then recruiters can access detailed interview scheduling.
Recruiters can view interviews that are scheduled for peer recruiters. Recruiters often need visibility into the requisitions and candidates managed by their peers to ensure smooth handovers, collaboration, and business continuity. Peer view improves efficiency and decision-making.
- To create a note, click the button that resembles a piece of paper.
- To update an interview, click the button that resembles a pencil.
- To access detailed interview scheduling, click Reschedule Interview. This feature is for systems that are integrated with Chonofy only.
- To view interviews that are scheduled for peer recruiters, click , select a recruiter, and click .
