Recruiters organize the end-to-end recruitment process. By using the integrated tools and features that are available in the Talent Acquisition workspace, recruiters can view important candidate information and take direct action from the workspace.
Use the Filter option with global filters that recruiters can use to switch between their own and other recruiters’ requisitions or candidates. Recruiters can view which candidates and job requisitions other recruiters are working on within the organization by using global filters at the workspace level. This visibility helps them provide support during unavailability and ensures business continuity. This global filter option applies to Interviews, Open Requisitions, and Requisition Summary widgets.
