Creating tags

This section describes creating a tag.

  1. Sign in to Self-Service Portal as an administrator.
  2. Create the tags.
    1. Select Configuration Management > Tags.
    2. Select Create Tag.
    3. Specify this information:
      Name
      Specify a name for the tag.
      Description
      Optionally, specify a description of the tag.
      TenantID
      Select a tenant from the list.
      Applications
      From the list of applications, select TAM. If other applications are selected, deselect them.
    4. Click Submit.

      A status message displays the status of the tag creation in the upper-right portion of the screen. When the tag is created, you can create a package using it. See Create a local package with tags.
