Export grid data to Excel
In Optiva, most tables include an option that exports the visible columns to an Excel file.
The exported spreadsheet is saved to the Downloads folder.
Ensure that pop-ups are allowed for Optiva in your browser for exports to start successfully.
Note: Depending on configuration, Optiva administrators can use the option to track the Excel exports.
