Adding Juice Constraints

  1. Select Administer > Optimization Modeler. The Optimization Modeler form is displayed.
  2. Select the required object.
  3. Click the Detail tab.
  4. Click Add Row.
  5. Specify this information in the Detail tab:
    Constraint Name
    The name of the constraint.
    Description
    The description of the constraint.
  6. Select the Juice Constraint in the Type field.
  7. Click the Constraint Definition icon corresponding to the Constraint Name. The Add Sum Constraints window is displayed.
  8. Specify this information:
    Juice Type
    The type of the juice used for optimization. Possible values:
    • Plain Juice
    • Not from concentrate
    • Juice using Lemon/Lime Concentrates
    Juice Density
    The density of juice being optimized.
    Juice Target (%)
    The target percentage of juice in the formula.
    Tolerance (%)
    The deviation range for the Juice Target (%) .
  9. Click OK.
