Configuring the Prompt Manager

  1. Select Develop > Prompt Manager. The Prompt Manager form is displayed.
  2. Specify this information on the Main tab:
    Description
    The description of the prompt.
    Prompt Class
    The class of the prompt. Possible values:
    • Infor Standard
    • Infor IPC (IA)
    • Customer
    • Infor Scripting Sample
    Goal
    The objective of the prompt.
    Prompt
    The standard instructions of the prompt.
    Security and Trust Boundaries
    The boundaries for processing a prompt.
    Output Normalization
    The rules for formatting and normalizing the output.
    Prompt Output Contract
    The expected output format.
  3. Specify this information on the Model Configuration tab:
    Model Name
    The name of the model retrieved from the API.
    Model Version
    The version of model retrieved from the API.
    Reasoning
    If this check box is selected, the prompt displays the reasoning for the generated output.
    Budget Tokens
    The token limit for reasoning.
    Model Max Response
    The maximum number of tokens in the output.
  4. Specify this information on the Reports tab:
    Script Name
    The name of the script library.
    Description
    The description of the script library.
  5. Click Save.
    Note: 
    • The default prompts cannot be modified.
    • The name and version of the model are retrieved through API integration.
