Assigning instructions

The Specification form shows any instructions associated with the item. You can add, change, or delete these instructions in the Instructions tab.

The default instructions that were defined for an item in the Item form are displayed in the Instructions tab.

Note: 
  • If you modify the instruction text in the Specification, the modified text applies only to the specification and does not change the instruction text for the item.
  • The instruction text supports multiple languages.
  • You can manage instruction text for different languages using the Language Translation window.
