Configuring integrations using the Integration Toolbox

The Integration Toolbox creates the ION components that are required for XML-based integration between Optiva and M3.

Note: You can enable this form by using the GLOBAL class in the Menu form.
  1. Select Administrator > Integration. The Integration form is displayed.
  2. Select the required integration. Possible values:
    • Optiva BIll of Material to M3
    • M3 Material to Optiva
    • Optiva Material to M3
    • M3 Vendor to Optiva
  3. Select the check box for the required component.
  4. Click Configure the selected component option.
    Note: Repeat this procedure for each component and integration.
  5. SelectInfor OS > ION > Connect. The configured ION components are displayed.
    Note: The Integration Toolbox creates the required File Templates, Mappings, Connection Points, and Data Flows for the selected integration.
