Profile Configuration- field descriptions

Fields are presented in the order that they are presented in a form. Click a link to see the field descriptions for the form.

Main tab

Ingredient Replace Comment Handling: The formula doc code specifies a document code used to add comments from the original formula to all formulas affected in the ingredient replacement.
Enable Linked Ingredient Message: The message is displayed in the Formula form when a quantity is changed for a linked ingredient.
Note: If this field is set to True, a message is displayed in the Formula form when the quantity for a linked ingredient is changed.
Where Used Max Rows: The maximum number of formula rows to display for the Where Used results.
Genealogy Tree Collapse: The nodes of hierarchy are displayed.
Note: If the field is set to False, all nodes of hierarchy in the genealogy tree control are displayed.
Enable Save All: The subformulas are saved after calculating, using the Calc All option.
Note: If this field is set to True, Save All option is displayed in the Formula form.
Enable Calc All: The calculation of parameter values for subformulas in the parent formula.
Note: If this field is set to True, Calculate All option is displayed in the Formula form.
Save Subformulas during Calc All: The subformulas during calculation are saved.
Note: If this field is set to True, and you click Calc All and Save All, all the sub formulas are saved when you are calculating against a parent formula.
Multi Save Calc All: The item and formula changes are saved in a tree view.

Note:

If this field is set to True, and you click Save All, the changes made to items and formulas in the tree view are saved. All the formulas in the tree, starting at the leaf level, are calculated. Each calculated formula is saved, including the top level formula.

Explode Formula Exclude Classes: The list of formula classes excluded from the formula explosion in the Item Contributions form.
Multi Calc Exclude Classes: The list of formula classes excluded from the Calc All calculation.

Ingredient Total columns: The column totals at the column bottom in the Formula Item Lines grid is displayed.

Rounding Packaging Items: The rounding of packaging ingredient quantities using the selected UOM during combine or split operations.
