Creating Custom buttons
You can create the custom buttons for these forms:
- Select the Configure Templates page. The Role-Based Template Configuration page is displayed.
 - Expand the default (@DFLT) role the required symbol.
 - Select the appropriate symbol.
 - Expand the symbol to make the button visible only for a specific class.
 - Click Edit.
 - Click Create Custom Button. The Create Custom Button window is displayed.
 - Click Add Row to create a new custom button.
           Note: You can add this button as an icon or as a text.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Caption
 - The title of the text button or the tooltip of an icon.
 - 
              Note:
- You can add multiple languages by selecting the Language Translation icon.
 - The value in this field is displayed as a tooltip when an icon is selected.
 - The value in this field is displayed as a text button when an icon is not selected.
 
 - Action Type
 - Currently, Startworkflow is supported.
 - Action Set Code
 - The code of the Action Set.
 - Icon
 - 
              The icon of the button that indicates the actions performed by system.
              Note:
- You can add the icon using the Systems Icons option in the row.
 - If the custom button has to be displayed as an icon, you must define a value in this field.
 
 - Tooltip
 - The tooltip of the text custom button.
 - 
              Note:
- You can add multiple languages by selecting the Language Translation icon.
 - If the tooltip must be displayed for a text button, you must specify a value in this field.
 
 - Auto Run Index
 - Select this check box to run the workflow automatically without showing the Launch Workflow form.
 
 - Click Save.
           Note:
You can create custom buttons only for these forms: Analysis, Calendar, Company, Export, Field label, Formula, Item, Label, Label Claim, Label Claim Definition, Label Claim Rule, Label Content, Project, Query, Quick Search, Role, Sample, Specification, Test, and Test Order using this option.
