Adding tests

A test order contains one or more tests.

  1. Open the Test Order form.
  2. Specify this criteria in the Tests tab.
    Sample Code
    The sample for each test.
    Test Code
    Name for the test.
    Dependent Test
    Test that is essential for the accuracy of the test result. This is an informational field only.
    Judgement
    Summary evaluation of the results.
    Start Date
    Date to start the test.
    End Date
    Date of completion (calculated from the Start Date and the Duration from the Test form)
    Lab Book Code
    Lab Book Code.
    Lab Book Page
    Informational identifiers for the lab notebook and page that contains the raw data.
    Tester
    User code of the person to run the test and record the results.
