Process for setting up Crystal Reports

  1. Install the Crystal run-time component on the Optiva application server. If you use Citrix, this would be done on the Citrix server itself.
  2. Create RPT template files in the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\FsWebReports\Source directory.
  3. Connect to the XSD schema as a data source.
  4. Configure data, text, graphics, and include other objects (subreports) in the report.
