Configuration errors

Configuration errors are highlighted in the System Information page in a different color. Warning labels are displayed beside the errors.

In the rare cases where an Optiva application is found in multiple sites, complete these steps:

  1. Launch the PLM Process Authentication wizard.
  2. Select the specific FsSvcCore and FsOptivaWeb site on the Welcome page.
  3. Click System Information. This is the only way to force the System Information function to use configuration data from a specific site.
