Creating Access Collections

  1. Select Administer > Access Collection. The Access Collection form is displayed.
  2. Select an existing Access Collection or create a new Access Collection. See, Access Collection – field descriptions
  3. Click Save.
    Note: 
    • You can add multiple Groups, Lab or Role combinations to an Access Collection.
    • If PLM – IFS integration is applied, a workflow is provided to integrate new Access Collections with IFS as a Security Role.
