Hierarchy of shop calendars

Suppose there is more than one shop calendar that is defined in Optiva; then the tasks are calculated using the correct shop calendar.

This table shows which calendars are used to calculate tasks that are assigned to a user.

Task that is assigned to the user	Calendars	Task calculation
Scenario 1	The location calendar is defined for the user.	Use the location calendar for the user.
Scenario 2	There is no location calendar defined for the user. There is a location calendar and it is assigned to the action set.	Use the location calendar for the action set.
Scenario 3	There is no location calendar for the user and no location calendar for the action set.	Use @DFLTSHOP
