IIS

1. Open the IIS Manager > local computer. Select Application Pools.
2. Select OptivaServer > Recycling....
3. In the dialog, clear the Recycling: Regular Time Interval (in minutes) box or increase the value. Finish and close the dialog.
4. Click Advanced Settings.
5. In the Process Model section, remove the value or increase the time for Idle Timeout (minutes).
6. Click OK to close the dialog.
