Overview
Similarly to WebReports, the use of IDM Output reports (IDM Reports) requires the generation
      of XML Data using a PLM Process workflow, and combination with a template file. In this case,
      the template file is a MS Word document stored in Infor Document Management (IDM). Unlike
        WebReports, no Schema file is needed.
The steps to set up and generate IDM Reports include:
  - Configure PLM Process / IDM Integration if not already in place.
 - Configure one or more Document Types in IDM and optionally Function Codes in PLM Process to which generated reports will be attached.
 - Create IDM Report template files using MS Word, and attach all templates to a single IDM Document type.
 - Configure Action Set(s) and Action(s) in PLM Process to generate the reports.
