Scripting for ION integrations

Before 12.1, Optiva Workflows (Actions and Script Libraries) had access to the hard drive of the server.

In 12.1, debug statements and copies of the BODs are placed in the FSACTIONWIPRESULTS table. The entries to this table are created only when the Workflow script uses the PublishDebuggingInfo method or the ArchiveBOD method.

Beginning in 12.1, the IONPublishStoredProc method replaces the ExecuteStoredProcedure scripting method.
