Managing projects

Using the Advanced Workflow Management module, project managers can perform these tasks:

Monitor the workload of their employees.
Monitor the workload of any user, group, or role.
Determine, at a glance, if a project is behind or ahead of schedule.
Assign more than one user to the same task.
Perform backward scheduling and forward scheduling.
Change the start dates, end dates, and durations for any open task and recalculate the dates.
Skip tasks that are eligible to be skipped.

Project managers are defined as Optiva users who have the write security privileges to the AWM forms.
