Managing projects
Using the Advanced Workflow Management module, project managers can perform these tasks:
- Monitor the workload of their employees.
 - Monitor the workload of any user, group, or role.
 - Determine, at a glance, if a project is behind or ahead of schedule.
 - Assign more than one user to the same task.
 - Perform backward scheduling and forward scheduling.
 - Change the start dates, end dates, and durations for any open task and recalculate the dates.
 - Skip tasks that are eligible to be skipped.
 
Project managers are defined as Optiva users who have the write security privileges to the AWM forms.
