Attaching copy methods to rules

  1. Create a Copy Method to attach to a rule.
  2. Reference the Copy Method on the Create Rule form.
  3. Ensure that you complete these tasks:
    1. Select the Copy Methods check box to enable the Copy Method tab for the Create Rule.
    2. Match the Object Type and Reference Type for both the Create Rule and Copy Method.
    3. Select the Copy Method in the Copy Method tab.
