Apm.Threshold

This profile attribute is used for color coding the open tasks that have a Queue Status of In Process.

Green, yellow, and red are used to indicate whether the task is on schedule or late. The value that you specify for this profile attribute determines when a task is considered to be late.

The default value is 5 (days).

Color Description
Green The task is not late. The current date is still before the due date of the task.
Yellow The task is late.
  • The current date is beyond the due date of the task.

  • The number of days that the task is late is less than the value for the APM.THRESHOLD profile attribute.

    Suppose the profile attribute value is 5; then a task becomes yellow when the task is between 0 and 5 days late.

Red The task is late.

  • The current date is beyond the due date of the task.

  • The number of days that the task is late exceeds the value for the APM.THRESHOLD profile attribute.

    Suppose the profile attribute value is 5; then a task becomes red when the task is more than 5 days late.
