Updating default records

  1. Open the @DFLT record that is supplied with Optiva. You do this by specifying @DFLT in the object Code field.
  2. Change the values in the @DFLT record and save them to the database. The next time a user creates a new object, the values from the latest @DFLT record are filled in automatically.
