Assigning users to labs

A user can be assigned to one or more labs. If the user is assigned to only one lab, then the user can be logged into that lab automatically. If the user is assigned to more than one lab, then the user is prompted to select a lab during login.

In the User form, you can specify a default lab and group code for the user.

Both fields are required to bypass the prompt for selecting a lab at login. If the Group Code field is blank, the user must select a lab.
