Adding electronic signatures

Some actions require your signature before the workflow can progress to the next step.

When an action is created, if Reason and Signature are both selected, the Reason and Signature dialogs are combined.

To capture an electronic record, use the CaptureElectronicRecord function. Electronic records can only be captured in events that require a signature. For more information on the CaptureElectronicRecord function, see the Infor PLM for Process Scripting Guide.

After the signatures have been added, they can be reviewed through the Workflows in Progress > Signature tab and E-Record page.
