Security privileges

The documents that are displayed in the Optiva Attachments grid are determined by both Optiva and IDM security.

For each document type, your administrator determines the level of privilege that you have for working with IDM attachments in Optiva. For example, you might have read/write access to artwork documents, but only read access privileges to the vendor documents.

You might be restricted from viewing some IDM attachments altogether.
