Workflow for test requests from test plans

The Request Testing workflow STO_BUILDNEW is a shortcut to generating samples and test orders for test results. The workflow is launched by clicking Request Testing in the Test Plan form.

The action defines the sample key based on the object that started the workflow. The action adds a list of test methods with the samples to the created test order. The workflow performs the same operations as manually performing these tasks:

1. Creating the samples for an object.
2. Creating the test orders.
3. Adding the samples and tests to the test orders.
4. Clicking Request Testing in the Test Plan form to open the results.

   

   

The STO_BUILDNEW workflow creates samples and test orders and adds the parameters and test methods from the test plan. Results include a line entry for each parameter and an interval of each test.
