Process for defining projects

You can define and maintain projects in the Project form. The process is described briefly here.

  1. Create a project using rule codes and copy methods.
  2. Assign general information.
  3. Assign project milestone dates.
  4. Assign parameter values.
  5. Add information to extension tables.
  6. Look at views of related data.
  7. Add references to related objects.
  8. Add standard properties (attachments, contexts, sets, security).
  9. Create stages and tasks for projects.
