Applying font styles

The European Union requires the text in the body of a food ingredient statement to emphasize words that identify certain allergens in the food. Other organizations have their own requirements.

You can apply bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, and colors to text in the ingredient statement. This feature is available in the Ingredients tab (Statement Text column), Preview tab, and Notes tab.
