System Information page

The System Information page can be accessed by either of these methods:

• Clicking System Information in the Authentication pages.
• Launching the SystemInformation.bat file in the tools directory.

This page shows a comprehensive report of the user’s computer configuration and can be used by the system administrators to identify and resolve computer-related errors. For example, this page shows this information:

• Version of Microsoft .NET Framework that is installed.
• Current Internet Information Services (IIS) components and the ones that are required for Optiva.
• Current PLM Process authentication value.

The Copy All and Save to File buttons can be used to extract all of the details from the System Information page.

Copy All can be used to copy the contents to a clipboard. From there, the contents can be pasted into an email or Word document.

The contents can be saved to a file. To preserve the formatting, save the file as an .rtf file instead of a .txt file.
