Specifying security for the Web Reports directories

The ASP.NET server user account requires write access to various folders for Web Reports.

The account name is “Network Service”.

These directories require write access:

• FsWebReports\tmp
• <Windows>\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\ v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files
• FsWebReports\SessionXML
• The folder that is specified by the TEMP system environment variable, usually c:\Windows\Temp

To complete the configuration for Web Reports, you must enable Web Reports to communicate with the Application Server. See Granting Permissions for Publishing Attachments and Web Reports.
