Application Server Software Requirements

Optiva requires Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 8.5 or later and .NET Framework 4.8.

Windows Server 2016 comes with .NET Framework 4.6.2 pre-installed. You must add IIS 10.0 as a server role. The .NET Framework installation must be upgraded to 4.8.

Windows Server 2019 comes with .NET Framework 4.7.2 pre-installed. You must add IIS 10.0 as a server role. The .NET Framework installation must be upgraded to 4.8.

You should install IIS and then upgrade .NET Framework if necessary.
