Installation utility

When you do a fresh installation and not a patch update, you must run AutoRunPro.exe. You can use AutoRunPro.exe to launch the interface used to provide access to our installers and utilities.

Double-click AutoRunPro.exe in the extracted files directory. These files are extracted from the image for full installation. They are also available from the package.zip file for hot fix files as an option to the patch files.

Contact your Infor Optiva Technical Support representative for more information about accessing the distribution site.

1. When you click a component link, such as the Optiva Server, the corresponding information is displayed in the right panel. Click the Install link to install that component.

2. Before proceeding with the installation, this information is verified by the program.

   • IIS and the .Net Framework are already installed. If IIS components are missing from your configuration, then click the warning icon.
   • Crystal Reports 2016 Runtime is installed. Crystal Reports 2016 Runtime is required to run Optiva components that use Crystal Reports functionality.
