Electronic signature

For IWA authentication, signatures for workflow actions require the Windows user name and password, not the Optiva user name and password.

To support Active Directory (AD) authentication, the Pending Tasks dialogs that require an electronic signature require users to enter their Windows ID and Domain password.

When Optiva is configured for Active Directory/AD FS Authentication (AD/AD FS), users are required to enter their Windows ID and Domain password.

For AD or AD/AD FS authentication, the WINDOWS_ID field in the FSUSER table must be the User Principal Name (i.e., the name@domain format).

For more information, see Configuring the FSUSER table.
