Electronic signature
For IWA authentication, signatures for workflow actions require the Windows user name and password, not the Optiva user name and password.
To support Active Directory (AD) authentication, the Pending Tasks dialogs that require an electronic signature require users to enter their Windows ID and Domain password.
When Optiva is configured for Active Directory/AD FS Authentication (AD/AD FS), users are required to enter their Windows ID and Domain password.
For AD or AD/AD FS authentication, the
WINDOWS_ID
field in the
FSUSER
table must be the User Principal Name (i.e., the
name@domain
format).
