Uninstalling Optiva

Ensure that all applications have been stopped before you attempt to uninstall them. Remove any files or IIS objects that belong to those applications.

There is no dependency when uninstalling system components. This can be done in any order.

Select Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs or use the installer. In the Optiva installer, if you try to install a component without first uninstalling it, you are prompted with these choices:

• Repair the existing installation if it is the current version.
• Remove the existing installation if it is a previous version.
