Installing Crystal Reports Runtime
PLM Process Web Reports requires Crystal Reports 2016 Runtime. You can install PLM Process Web Reports, the Crystal Reports, and the Crystal Reports components in any order.

When installing Crystal Reports 2016 Runtime, please confirm that any previous version of the runtime has been un-installed prior to installing Crystal Reports 2016 Runtime.
Re-requesting a license key for Crystal Reports 2016 Runtime
You must visit the Support Portal and re-request a license key by selecting > > when upgrading to Crystal Developer for Crystal Reports 2016 Runtime.
