Logical ID configuration

The Logical ID must be the same for the Optiva instance, the Infor Ming.le application and ION.

This chapter explains how to configure the Logical ID for these components:

• Infor Ming.le plug-in
• ION Desk
• Drill backs in Infor Ming.le

For the ION Desk, you must also configure the tenant ID.
