Configuring Oracle to be case-insensitive
Oracle normally differentiates between uppercase and lowercase in relation to sort order and retrieving results from a search.
You can configure Oracle to be case-insensitive. Use the oracleGlobalization
section
in the Optiva Server Web.config file.
Specify the
Comparison
and
Sort
key values as shown here.
