Running a guideline check
A guideline check shows the guidelines that recommend or restrict use of formulas. These guidelines are according to item and parameter values in the context of how the formulas are manufactured and sold.
The formulator decides how to ensure approval for a formula based on these guidelines. Run a guideline check by specifying:
- The formulas to check
- Attributes to match to guidelines:
- End uses, end users, product types, brands
- Selling locations, manufacturing locations
- Percentage of ingredients
- Parameter values
- Information to include in the results
- Informational guidelines
- Items or parameters that have no assigned guidelines
After you have run the guideline check, you can:
- View the results on the screen
- Print the results
