Communication Template - field descriptions

Fields are presented in the order that they are presented in a form.

Note: This form is previously known as Email Template.

Main tab

Description: Specify the description of the Communication Template.
HTML Format: Select this check box to show the content of the message in HTML format. Clear this check box to show the content of the message in plain text.
Subject: Specify the subject of the message to be sent.
Message: Specify the content to be sent.
