Task Management- field description
You can filter the data based on the following fields.
- User Code
- The user who is assigned to the action. You can select a user from the Lookup.
- Group Code
- The group that is assigned to the action.
- Role Code
- The role that is assigned to the action. If group access was defined when the action was created, only roles associated with that group can be assigned to the action.
- Start Date (min)
- The earliest start date of the action.
- Start Date (max)
- The Latest start date of the action.
- Due Date (min)
- The earliest completion date by when the task was scheduled to be completed.
- Due Date (max)
- The latest completion date by when the task was scheduled to be completed.
- Object Symbol
- The object symbol of the task.
- User Code
- The unique identification code of the user.
- Queue Status
- The status of the task. Possible values:
- Not Started
- In Progress Queue
- Closed
- Ignore
- Group Code
- The group that is assigned to the action.
- Role Code
- The role that is assigned to the action. If group access was defined when the action was created, only roles associated with that group can be assigned to the action.

- Action Code
- The actions in the action set.
- Description
- The brief description of the action.
- Due Date
- The date by when the task was scheduled to be completed.
- Group
- The group responsible for the action.
- Instructions
- The instructions that are provided for the user who is completing the step.
- Line Id
- The line number that is assigned by Optiva when you insert a task in the Gantt tab.
- Managed By
- Determines if the manager field can be assigned anyone, a specific user, group, or role
or no one. Possible Values:
- Anyone
Any user can change the User value for this task.
- User
A Manager defined as a user can change the value of the task.
- Group
The user launching the workflow must belong to a user group can change the User value for the task.
- Role
The user launching the workflow with specific role can change the User value for the task.
- No One
The workflow window cannot be modified.
- Anyone
- Manager
- The name of the user, role, or group of a user.
The values in this field changes based on values defined in the Managed By field.
- Object Description
- A brief description of the object.
- Object Key
- The object key code of the workflow target object. For formulas, this column displays the formula code and version number. Click the object key to access details of the object.
- Object Symbol
- Select a symbol from the list.
- Queue Status
- The status of the task. Possible values:
- Not Started
- In Progress Queue
- Closed
- Ignore
- Risk
- The risk assessment of the action. Possible values:
- N/A
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Role
- Role that is assigned to the action.
- Start Date
- The date from which the task is started.
- Step Caption
- The action that is assigned to this step.
- User
- The user who is assigned to the action. You can select a user from the .
- WIP Id
- The WIP ID for the Action Line. Click the WIP ID to access details of the WORKFLOWS IN PROGRESS.
