Retrieving the Web Server URL

You need to start by retrieving the OptivaWebServer details for your environment.

  1. Sign in to your account and open a form in PLM for Process.
  2. Right click in the form and select View Frame Source.
    plm_process_view_frame_source
  3. Select the value in the lookup box.
    plm_process_frame_source_URL
    For example, https://farm1.opt.inforcloudsuite.com/FsOptivaWeb/?id=version=&type=PROJECT.
    This value will be used as the prefix to create all URLs for in-context widgets. https://farm1.opt.inforcloudsuite.com/FsOptivaWeb/?ContextApp=PENDINGTASKS
