Notify email Outlook distribution lists

You can configure the Notify workflow function to send email messages to Outlook distribution lists. See the Infor PLM for Process Scripting Administration Guide for more information about setting up the Notify action.

The distribution list can be composed of non-Optiva users. For example, the FSI user is configured to send email notifications to an Outlook distribution list. Whenever a notification is sent to the FSI user, that notification is forwarded to the parties on the email distribution list.
