Formula defaults can be lab-specific

In addition to a default record for formulas, there can also be a default formula for each lab.

  1. Attach the lab name to @DFLT, such as @DFLTBEVERAGE.
  2. Substitute @DFLT for the version number.

    When the user creates a formula, the current lab is recognized by the system. The default formula records are supplied for that lab by the system.
