Hiding objects from other labs
Any formula can be seen from within the lab it was created in, regardless of whether it is assigned to a set code. You are not required to do anything special to those formulas to enable them to be seen in the lab it was created in.
To see a formula that was created in another lab, you must select a set that the formula was assigned to. Therefore, to hide formulas from users in other labs, do not assign the formula to a set code.
- Do not create a set code with the same name as a lab. Otherwise, the formula is assigned to the lab’s set code automatically.
- Do not assign the formulas to any other set code.
These formulas are only available to users who are logged into the labs in which the formulas were created.
