Troubleshooting
The application event log shows when the Global Calc process starts, ends and stops.
- Suppose the Windows ID for a user is NOT the same as the
user account for the scheduled task. When the task is run, this message displays in the
application event log:
ERROR: Unable to login to Optiva using the Windows user id. The Windows User is not a valid Optiva user.
- If the scheduled task is started successfully, this
message shows in the application event log:
The Global Calculation process <Job ID> started successfully.
- If the scheduled task is run successfully, this
message shows in the application event log:
The Global Calculation process <Job ID> completed successfully.
