Configuring for publishing

To publish attachments, complete these configuration steps:

1. Configure document codes in the Symbol form for the objects (e.g., formulas, items).
2. Add filters to your document codes. This step is optional.
3. Add your publishing paths in the DOCUMENT.ATTACHMENT File Location form. (You can use the Menu form to add the File Location form to the lab.)
4. Configure the Web Server to run as a user other than the ASPNET user. Store that user’s password in the registry. See the Infor PLM for Process Installation Guide.
5. Configure the Role Templates to show the attachment grids for the symbols that you configured.
